Bradley Horenstein, the firm's founding partner, is a Miami native and graduate of Miami Palmetto Senior High School. After graduating from college at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, Brad worked for Roy Black, one of the most well regarded criminal defense attorneys in the country, before going to Hofstra Law School in New York. Over a decade later, Brad was trial partners with Mr. Black in 2019 in the largest Healthcare Fraud trial ever prosecuted in the history of the United States.
Brad joined the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office after law school, working there for six years handling the most serious first-degree felonies, including Murder, Armed Burglary, Armed Robbery, Fraud, Armed Home Invasion, Drug Trafficking, Sexual Battery, Possession of Child Pornography, Grand Theft and Attempted Murder before an array of Miami's brightest judges.
Brad has an excellent reputation as a formidable trial lawyer, having obtained not guilty jury verdicts on extremely difficult and complicated cases where the clients were facing life in prison. He also works tirelessly to resolve cases prior to trial through motion practice and reasonable plea agreements, having successfully negotiated countless cases of every degree with exemplary results.
